PayPal. Unauthorized transaction.

Произошла на днях со мной ситуация. Работаю я себе,  и вдруг, мой телефон сообщает мне, что я только что произвел транзакцию на сумму в 9.70 USD у продавца ANGLOFSEAINN.  Изучил я отчет, потом попытался поизучать интрнет в надежде найти такого продавца, но безрезультатно. Я попытался заполнить “unauthorized transaction claim”, но тут же получил ответ “ The ID number you entered does not correspond to a payment and is ineligible for submission through this webform”.По приходу домой написал я, конечно же, в службу поддержки следующее:

Hello! I had a transaction today which I don't recognize. I
tried to resolve this transaction through the resolution center, but it
says this transaction cannot be resolve through this system. Here is the
full information about this transaction:
bla-bla-bla

На второй день я получил сразу два письма, одно за другим. Первое, стандартное, о том что они очень бдят и моя безопасность очень важна, и что в течение 10-ти дней они все решат, а второе сообщило мне, что я сам во всем виноват и ничего они делать не собираются:

We have completed our investigation of your case and, as there is
insufficient evidence in support of your claim, we have denied your
Unauthorized Account Use Claim.

If you would like a copy of the documentation that was used in the course
of our investigation, please send a letter via mail to:

Я очень расстроился и написал второе, гневное письмо:

I have contacted you about unauthorized transaction ID***** and your system respond that there is “insufficient evidence in support of your claim, we have denied your
Unauthorized Account Use Claim.”

What do you mean by that?? I was on job and my card was with me and I have transaction from merchant which does not even exist! Something really weird happened with my card and you don’t want to help me with this case?  I need to figure out what is happen with my money and, probably change my debit card, because of this situation! You can’t just “decline” this case, because I can prove to police that I did not use my card at this time and that my money was stolen if I will need to. Your system says that I am 100% protected from fraud use of my money and it looks like this is not true.

So, please, explain this situation to me.

Система сказала, что они свяжутся со мной через 24-72 часа. Но уже через несколько минут я получил ответ от Mary:

Dear PayPal user,
 

We received notification that an authorization from ANGLOFSEAINN
#*** for $9.70 is not authorized by you. Although this transaction is
currently pending, we will monitor this transaction for the next 45 days
to make certain that charge is not put through again and completed.
Should that occur, we will notify you via email and request a response
from you.

 Новость меня, конечно же, порадовала, успокоила, но не совсем. Написал я им благодарственное письмо, но вопросы все же остались:

I still have some questions – should I worry about security of my account? Is this was just a kind of system error? Will you recommend ordering new one or changing my old debit card? Should I change any password (any other information) for my account?

На что незамедлительно последовал ответ:

Thank you for contacting PayPal, my name is Toni and I will be happy to
assist you today. It appears the unauthorized charged came from your
PayPal Debit MasterCard so there would be no reason to change your
password or other information on your account unless you choose to. I
would recommend monitoring your account for other transactions being
placed using your Debit Card. If you feel you need to have your Debit
Card number changed I have added instructions to close your card and
submit a request for a new one.

Выводы, как говорится, делайте сами. Во первых – гневные письма работают ) Во-вторых Тони посоветовал подождать, когда украдут еще немного денег и тогда уже точно нервничать. Карточку я все же сменю, но вопрос what the F*** is going on остался открытым.
